If you mean a listing you already have posted now on eBay, you can't alter it from Auctiva. You would need to go to eBay and 'revise' that listing and add any changes from within eBay's revise tool. However, for future listings, you can go into your Auctiva Listing and modify it to show whatever template you want, once saved, any future posting of that item will show the new template.

If you mean you have a custom template already and would like to add that to Auctiva, then you would need to go to Auctiva Homepage, click on Listings and find 'Custom Templates'. Click on Create and go through the wizard there to configure your custom template.
