Hello - I'm a new member to Auctiva, but having been selling on eBay for 6 months now. It is good to find you to manage all my selling needs!

One question -
I'm modifying one of Auctiva templates to list all of my Seller Details: Payment, Shipping and Contact Us one after another. However, it seems that I can select one at a time when creating a new listing. Is it true?

Another question -
It seems Seller Detail item always appears after Images (layout - bottom) and Store Window. I can't find the HTML codes after switching to HTML mode to switch their positions. How do I re-arrnage them?

Please help - I planned to launch my listings at the end of this week. Thank you!

Hi wkgann -

#1 - If I am understanding your question, if you add all the tags to your custom template: Payment, Shipping, About Us, etc... then you would need to create a Seller Detail profile that contains all of this information in order for it to show up on a listing.

The Seller Detail link in the secondary navigation on the Profiles tab is for creating new Seller Details profiles. That is where you include all the details you want for the various sections you added placeholders for in your template. You save all five parts together under one Seller Detail profile if you want all of them to show.

The option to add your Seller Details profile to your listing becomes available (to the right of the template) once you pick a template for your listing, otherwise the option is greyed out.

#2 - Seller Details will appear under the Image and Description of the item you are selling but the location of the Store Window is variable. Go to the Store Tab and then to Edit Store Window. Right at the top you can see the different positions you can have for your Store Window. Once you choose that option, all your listings will follow that placement until you change it again. Posted listings do not amend with a new placement choice.
