i have recently tweaked my seller details and master profile. everytime i create a listing i have to select master profile and when i complete a listing and try to "create a similar listing", it defaults back to a blank page (my master profile is no longer selected, as in the previous listing).
isn't there a way to set my master profile as the new listing default without having to select it each time. i used to be able to with my other master profil, but since i changed it, everything is going haywire!!!!
i hope someone can give me some guidance ASAP, because i am totally frustrated and have wasted a ton of time redoing over 50 listings!!!!!

hi again...now everytime i save my listing with the MASTER PROFILE selected, it erases it!!! i preview it before i save it and the master profile and seller details are all on there, so i save and close it. then i click on it again to check to see if it's still right, the master profile is no longer selected!!!
does anyone know what it going on????

As far as I know, whenever you create a NEW listing, you have to choose the Master Profile from the dropdowm box. I don't think you can set it as a default. However if you're creating a similar listing, all you need to do is click on the 'create similar' icon next to the saved listing and it will come right up.

Maybe you should file a support request...sounds like some kind of a glitch.

that is what USED to happen when i created a similar listing. but ever since i changed my profile, when a creat a similar listing, the listing info is there, but the master profile is no longer selected. and when i load the master profile, it deletes all of the listing. so i basically have to start from scratch.

It is what happens with a master. why dont edit your old master. thats what i did.

Same thing is happening to me. I don't know how many times I edited this single listing to try to get the master profile to stay inside it, it looks great with preview, then I save it, then the next time I try to use it to post a similar listing, the master profile is gone again. Lots of work to redo, can someone please help?
