Hi the reason is that "images/vintage-love.gif" is not a full URL, the image needs to be hosted somewhere and start e.g. if on Auctiva http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/

If the image is hosted on Auctiva you can get it's full URL via images -> manage, similar for other hosts
