i have been using auctiva for a while, but have never filled in the seller details before. i always just free-styled my listings. i am trying to set up my seller details now, but i can't figure out how to apply it to my listings. actually, i can't even find it period. although, i don't really know where to look either. i know i saved it because i remember the name i saved it under. i know how to apply the profiles to my listings, but i am stumped on the seller details?? any suggestions?? thanks in advance
Hi, I am very new to Auctiva. I had a hard time figuring this out and it is really so simple. Just go to "ITEM details" (item details NOT seller details), either a new one or edit an old one you have already saved. Scroll down to where "Select template" is on the left. If you haven't alreadt selected a templat, do this next. After you have saved your template...look to the right of where the template selection was. You will then see "select seller details"

Yep... just go to Profiles -> Manage seller details -> then click "edit" on seller details you want to edit -> then click "switch to standard" ... there you will see everything you need to edit your text.
