Hello people. I used an HTML editor called evrsoft, it looked ok in the browser but when I cut and paste it in Auctiva's custom template editor. I get an error msg "You must use one, and only one, description tag in your template. Choose [DESCRIPTION] or [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES].." But I can't seem to find the problem in my code... I posted it in the practise board @ http://www.practiceboard.com/?7898350.. any Help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.. efun

I looked at your code but I could not find any glaring problems? Unsure what to tell you other than to cut and paste your formatted auction into the WYSIWYG editor on Auctiva and see if that solves it.
Steve Ego could dico vos a specialis tamen tunc is mos non exsisto a specialis ullus magis
What does this mean? I am trying to customize one of Auctiva's templates but I keep getting that error as well....Description or Description and images. I am so frustrated.

Hi any editor window that you type into which then uses the typed letters as they are shown is a WSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor it is often labelled 'standard'.
The alternative presented in the listing editor for instance is an HTML editor where you type in HTML code which includes all sorts of formatting information. Switching to the standard or WSIWIG WSIWYG editor shows the result and vice versa.
p.s. sorry about the typo's

Hi Bremom, you need to put an example in the practice board like the originator of this thread did and tell us the link to it, then we can examine it in detail.
You may have a typo in there causing an inappropriate message to be displayed, this is typical of many software tools which analyse and process text whether Basic or HTML.
This thread originators example definitely had a typo in it which may have caused the checking software to hiccup.
