I have been trying for a total of 3 days tolist just 2 items and it has becomea headache...anyon else?

i have also been trying for 3 days to list items and it takes forever and then i get a white screen.
i have been able to list so far 4 items in 3 days..
does anyone else have this problem or is it just us 2

I went to start listing auctions tonight and I'm getting this message too.

Auctiva Server Error - APISubmitter
Error Code: Exception - Step:11
Error Message: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus() at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Auctiva.SWServices.AuctivaPoster.v5.AuctivaPostPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)



Has anybody found a solution to fixing this, either Auctiva or one of us??
Please let me know,

I'm getting the same error too. Auctiva doesn't address problems on weekends and holidays, so we'll all wait until Monday morning.
