Hello,
After creating a test listing (with a real product to sell), I went to post it to eBay to see how it would carry over and look. There's all kinds of information in it, such as shipping and payment details, that do NOT show on the preview, so I need to see it "live" before I will know if the software will do what I need it to do. But it refused to post, saying that I didn't have an account.

I understand that to use the software I will have to have a paid account. That is not a problem. But I had thought I had a Free Trial? Doesn't a Free Trial include being able to post a certain number of auctions on eBay so I can see how they look and how the posting process works?

Hopefully someone can reply. I have filed a support request but sometimes they don't get back to me for a day or two, and it would be helpful to have answers ASAP. We need to get our business back on track. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hi Do you have an ebay account? If not you will need to set one up first be for you can transfer your listing over.If you do have an ebay account then sorry I don't know whats happening - or not as the case may be (I'm new to Auctiva too)
