I can not post to certain categories. Poster comes back with the following error:

Error in Listing
Error Code: 5121
Error Message: Your Item Specifics ("1960") do not match the category you selected.

I have used the problem listing for a long time. I have also download the latest eBay category files as well as item specific, but that has not helped. Any help will be appreciated.

Probably best to let the Auctiva support team know about things like this. They can then forward it off to the developers to get the category info updated.

Thanks Kevin. I did file a support ticket a couple of day ago, but NO answer :-(

I was able to find the problem. Here is the solution. I list some of my items to the Car Electronics category. eBay has change the category structure recently. What you need to do is:
1. On Poster go to Too -->Update Categories
2. Once you have updated the categories go the problem listing and make sure you put the new eBay category number for your item. For example I was listing to category 4950, which now became 39739. Be sure to save your updated listing.

Hope that helps others out there.

We did an update on the categories and attributes files. If you get the latest version via Auctiva Poster, you should be good to go. Let us know how it goes.
