I sell to both US customers, and to Canadian customers. I have the checkout filled out so the standard shipping (flat rate) is relfected there for domestic shipments. The problem is when a canadian customer purchases my auction, he doesnt pay the price for shipping to canada. They just click the Pay Now paypal button on ebay which only sends the price of the item plus domestic shipping.

My question is: Is there any way to specify two different rates so international shipping is also specified in the Shipping Terms?
