All auctions listed with 4.0 yesterday showed free freaking shipping. Since most of my auctions only run for 1 day ~ and now have less than 12 hours ~ I have no choice but to cancel!!!!!!

Thanks Auctiva you have cost me a whole day of both listing fees and a whole day of profits......

Better get on the stick guys ~ I have looked around and it is not just me!

I just cancelled my 2 featured plus auction, costs me more than $50!

I had to deal with that enough last week that I lost a LOT of sales.

Guess I WILL hold off on the upgrade. Ugh..

BTW........I feel foolish just even mentioning this, but I did it after I discovered it last week on items that didn't have bids.

I went in and revised and said that shipping was NOT free, blah blah blah........blamed it all on eBay.

I'm sure you all thought of that, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

You can't add to an auction that has less than 12 hours to go ~ atleast that is the screen that popped up when I tried.

I feel like I am one of the lucky ones.......going to be alot of angry buyers and sellers when auctions start to close......

I will help you out ~ all my auctions have a "flat rate" shipping with a reduced rate for additional auctions. Those are the only kind that I posted yesterday. Problem may only be there ...... I am not sure.

I run the same 10 or so auctions ~ when in and checked the don't show shipping box until this gets fixed so that I can post auctions without having to wait for the fix or edit all my auctions.

It's due to an eBay API change require by eBay. We can probably have an update done
on late Saturday or middle of Sunday. It should be a website change only.

It's purely a coincidence that it happened when we released 4.00 and thus has NOTHING
to do with the 4.00 release.

A big THANK YOU to the person who started this thread! I had no idea this was happening! I was able to correct all the erroneous info before a problem could develop with buyers.

Happy to help ~ I just feel so bad for all the sellers that don't know. I feel auctiva should email them all and give them the heads up ~ it is the right thing to do!
