I was barely able to squeeze listings through Friday evening, and I figured it would be fixed by Sunday, but no. I'm still having problems posting listings. I get an array of different error messages from FTP Database errors, to Unable to Authorize your account. The long and short of it is I'm having problems on a popular night to list.

I too am having the same issue. In the last 48 hours I have only been able to post one item. It freezes up during the listing process and I have to start all over. Now I add a little, save, add a little more, save, etc. However, this morning I tried to save it after adding pictures and it froze up, and I have not been able to get on the site since. Frustrating, since I prefer to list on the weekend. Are you guys using Internet Explorer 7? I was wondering if that was the problem.

IE7 has nothing to do with this problem. Apparently Auctiva's servers are down. I can't even log in to file a Support request.

I'm using Foxfire and just relisted 5 listings with no problems. I don't know why everyone isn't using Foxfire.

Mad
I'm dealing with the same problems as you.... getting these error messages:

AuctivaError: An error has occurred while accessing our database. DETAILS: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.

Exception - Step:11 Error Message: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus() at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Auctiva.SWServices.AuctivaPoster.v5.AuctivaPostPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Please don't ask me to file with tech support, as the problem doesn't include just me. I've spent an hour and a half posting NINE auctions on Ebay. That's being seriously persistent and hitting the post tab up to 20 times!!!
Good thing this is my business and not a hobby Frown
If anybody has a suggestion, please post.
Thanks.

Anyone know if this has been fixed yet? I'd like to try to get the things I was unable to list last night up tonight. I managed, with diffuculty, to get one item listed yesterday.

What annoys me the most is this is a pay service I'm using, not the "free" service they offer. For $200 a year, I expect a little more. You know, like you get what you pay for. I guess not. Based on the posts submitted here, this has been going on since the 7th of January. It's the 15th already, that is unacceptable.

Everything was working as of last evening. I don't understand why nobody at least says "we fixed it" or "sorry", explains what happened, etc. Not very sporting...
