I have not sold anything for the past month or so while on vacation, so have not tried to use Poster recently. I am now back and am trying to post on Poster and I get: "Error message #2-You are not signed up to use Auctiva Poster. If you have paid for this software please contact Auctiva Support to fix this situation." I HAVE contacted Support and I HAVE been billed and paid for this service. There has not been a lapse in my account. I have even been billed and paid while away and NOT using the service and am not complaining about that.........but why am I shut off if I have a zero balance with Auctiva? Could someone please help? Thanks!
....coming up on 3 hours now and I have lots to post.........when can I get this cleared up or at least get some kind of acknowledgment? I have always paid my bill on time and, in fact, my credit card is billed automatically and have no outstanding balance........why do I keep getting the message that I have NOT paid? Can ANYBODY shed any light on this....has this ever happened to anyone else before and, if so, how do you clear it up? Am I being penalized for not using Auctiva for over a month? Please, please help me................thanks in advance!
