I have been informed by Ebay that since Money Mover is no longer in business, I have to remove the link from my listings. Two questions--is there an easy way to do this and is Auctiva going to take the link out of the listings (the link is still showing up in auctions I created today)?

Turn off your service box on our site.

Once you've done that in Auctiva Poster you should be able to go to the Tools menu and run all the Updates.

That should clear out the service box and money mover from future listings.

To get them out of current listings you'd need to use eBays revise feature.

We actually have a solution on our end as well and we'll see about getting that on the site next week. We'd just hide the image in your listings or change it to something else.

I'll look and see if we can do something to replace the MM image with something else. Since it's already labeled as Money Orders, maybe it could just be a link/logo to USPS, since I'm sure sellers are fine with accepting money orders from the USPS if they were already okay with money orders from MM.

I'm having the same problem.

I have turned of the service box and the Money Mover is still showing.

Open the Poster

Click Tools > Update Program > Showcase and service box so it can update your changes made

Worst case turn off the showcase for now

Go into your personalities and turn off the showcase.
For any saved listings be sure to uncheck it on the general tab
