As you may already know from the email we sent out a few weeks ago, eBay stopped supporting the original API that allowed third party companies like Auctiva to get and send data directly to eBay, like Posting Items.
The support for this ended last night at midnight, so starting June 1st, companies had to be on their new API with all software.
We converted Mr. Poster, eBud and Auctiva Poster to use the new API so that users would continue to be able to use these programs. The eBud version was released a few weeks back and seems to not have any problems associated with being on the new API. Mr. Poster and Auctiva Poster just finished our internal testing these past couple of days and we went live with the new versions during the night (early June 1st).
If you notice anything new with these programs, please let us know here on the boards.
It looks like dm2756 has already found an issue with Auctiva Poster posting duplicate store eBay items. I would hold off on posting store items for now until we post back later in the day.
Thanks,
-Kevin

We've looking into your listings and it looks like you posted them via Auctiva Poster before we released our new version. They were "post now" auctions and did not go through our scheduler and thus we don't have any logging information on them.
I'll let our support staff work with you directly in your support case to continue to figure out the issues you are having.
For all other sellers, please post as you normally do and let us know right away if you have any problems.
Thanks,
-Kevin

ePoster version 4.04 is what I'm running and it did not prompt for an update. When asked to check, it says I'm running the latest version. Based on your description, that does not sound right. I have not updated ePoster for a while.
Even though I have checked the box that I accept best offers when it posts to ebay it is not there and says I do not accept best offers having to go to ebay to revise each listing I post.
Just found out that we did not actually release a new version of the programs. What has changed is the back end of the program, which actually makes the call to eBay to post your items.
New versions of the software is still planned, as we'll be updating some things like the custom store categories to support the full amount that eBay now allows and the "update categories" feature had to be redone to work with the new eBay API.
Sorry for the confusion on that.
