Hi Anyone that still has this problem either reply to any open ticket with Auctiva or make one and give us the Support info from the HELP menu.
Do not give that here though but at the Support ticket where it's secure from other viewers.
Open Auctiva Poster. Click the Help Menu. On that menu select the Support Information option and then just click the Copy to Clipboard option. Paste ( CTRL V ) into this support ticket and send us that data and add any additional comments to your specific problem. We have to have this data to answer any further questions related to errors with AM or AP. Thanks Ed

It seems nortons security is causing this. We at least have confirmed it with one user that turning it off allows 4.01 to post without this error 353. It also stops an error trying to change your settins at auctiva.com > showcase settings.
Does anyone NOT have nortons security get this post error ?
It seems they did a update recently as they do so often with the antivirus and it does not like our legitimate scripting.
