This is a time format related issue
Go to the control panel of Windows > Regional and Time options ( it might vary )
Then click the Customize tab
In there is a tab for Date
Click it and be sure that the date is set for
M/d/yyyy
See if that fixes the update process and if it does not do the following
Here is the manual way to just the upgrade file
http://www.auctiva.com/AutoUpdate/AuctivaPoster/AuctivaPoster.zipNow, unzip that to your C:\Program files\Auctiva\Auctiva Poster folder
Be sure to close all programs first
Then open the Poster and check the version on the top header, it should have changed.
