Is anyone elses FTP not working this evening?

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Kind of stinks to work on auctions most the day... to post on Sunday night, which has the best results, to have this not working.
Maybe soon??

Truthfully, I'm relieved that it's a problem with Auctiva and not my computer.

Here's a few details about what's happening. I use Auctivas FastPix ftp. When I click "post" the ftp window opens up and freezes at 0%. Dialog box says "program not responding" I've not made any changes in my settings and didn't find any changes when I looked. I've tried posting without my firewall. Nada.

I use mister poster, and it has the same bug, go to upload the listings and it just stops and will not upload, I sent in a case last night, and at 6:00 they told me I was the ONLY one reporting a problem, I suggest anyone reading this FILE A CASE IMMEDIATELY!!! It's the only way to get it working again. They got to know more than 1 person is having a problem. When they upload pictures.

I filed a case this morning and they said it was my browser, so I followed the steps they gave me and still nothing. When I replied I did mention others on the boards had this same problem and ask them to check out their end. Liz

Again I use mister poster so totally different product, and I used it on two seperate machines, same result as it goes to connect to upload the pictures freezes, even withoiut pictures it lock up, it becomes unresponsive, happened last night about 6:00 pm. Again everyone file cases!!!

I use Auctiva Poster but it does the exact same thing to me and that is about the time mine stopped working.
