Several weeks ago I could not schedule and post my auctions with the counters turned on.

Auctiva suggested A fix by turning them off.

Are the counters working and can they be turned on from the initial posting?

I've been using Auctivas counters and they are working fine. I've been using them with the initial posting of my auctions.

If you have Norton Internet Security - disable your firewall, and you will be able to post with counters or showcase.

I've also got Norton but I've never had to disable it to post an auction. Everything is working fine including my counters with Norton in place.
I wonder why you have to disable yours?

I have Norton 2004 and I can't use the counters either. Maybe you have a different version?
