I don't think you can fix that. You are a "victim" of "bad timing". When you specify a gallery image, eBay 'snatches' the photo you specify for the gallery and resizes it and it is hosted by them, not you. You must have had the misfortune of having the Auctiva server down just at the point that eBay went to take a copy of your photos for the gallery, and they weren't there. All through this photo outage, my gallery pictures continues to show because they weren't coming from Auctiva. Since eBay only does that copy once, you missed it, and you don't get a second chance. You can try writing to eBay support, but I think my explanation will be better than their canned reply.

That's also a LOT of auctions to have wasted 35 cents on, so I sympathize with you.

Thanks for the responses. There is a way to change your gallery image on eBay http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePageV3, but you must do it one item at a time.

I was hoping since Auctiva Classic has several of these outages a year, you guys would know more.

OMG!!!! This is a nightmare! I was just ready to close my support ticket.... think that little event will be a long time in coming. C'mon, guys, we need reliable service! Especially since we are the PAYING customers.
