HOw do I get rid of the money mover loge that is showing up on my auctions? I do not have any logos in my discriptions. When you click preview it is not there but when I go to post it shows up there and ebay wil not allow it to be posted. How can I get rid of this.

OK I have figured out that I need to remove it from my service box. I have done that and the logo is still showing up on my new auctions so eBAy will not let them post. So I clicked remove the service box but it is still trying to show up. Does anyong know how long it takes for the service box to go away so I can post again.

In the Tools menu in Auctiva Poster is an Update menu. Run those updates.

You are listing the items from Auctiva Poster and not relisting from eBay correct?

Sorry for the trouble. A future update to Auctiva Poster will simply not even allow the service box to be added anymore. For now you've done things correctly. Edited the service box on our site, now you just need to update Auctiva Poster so that it can get that updated HTML from our site.
