Thanks. At least it is not just me. Rather miffed though as I was up till 2 in the morning listing bits for schedule at a more reasonable hour. Needless to say they didn't go on around 8am. It is 1.50pm here in UK and the site is still not up. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon as I am hoping to beat the Christmas deadlines!

NOT AGAIN!!!! Website is down... no pics in my listings.... what is the problem that it can't be fixed in 24 hrs??? Had the same problem yesterday thought it was taken care of last night and now it is endurance test time! It is so frustrating! And embarrassing to have my listings loaded with red x's. Thank goodness I supplement some of my pics with photobucket so I have something showing. But that's not good enough. This is a paid service, not the free site and I expect to get my money's worth... not a bunch of aggravation, especially during the holidays. I sure hope a technician reads this asap as I am unable to gain access to the website to file a support ticket! ARGH!

The same happened last week and read that Thursday night is down for maintenance (US time) but for us in the UK, half the day has gone by the time it comes back.

Think it took longer than the stated time last week, too!

We're having the same problems ---- site is nowhere to be found. Alternate IP addresses are not working.....I hope the Auctiva techs can restore quickly. I am sure they are already working on it as they are usually quite good about fixing site issues.

We have been having the same problem for two days in Australia now. We had a load of listings scheduled to go out earlier this evening to take advantage of ebay.au's promotional period (which has now finished as it's after midnight here) and the listings still aren't showing in ebay, we can't log onto Auctiva and now we don't know whether the listings will still come across.

Who knows whether ebay will take note that we still shouldn't get charged for the listings if they do come across as we didn't expect them to come across AFTER the promotional period ended as they were scheduled to start earlier. Any idea Auctiva whether the listings will still go across to ebay automatically if they're sitting in cyberspace on hold??? We're worried now as there were more than 50 listings to go across...if they still do go across and we don't get charged for the listings because the time stamp will show that they were meant to go on earlier, no problem but if we get charged, we won't be happy!

Hope you guys can fix the problem soon!!!

Not that I am an expert but I am assuming my scheduled listings won't go across. I ticked the option that if they don't go try for up to 30mins and that has well and truly lapsed! So frustrating especially as it take another couple of hours for items to appear in ebays search listings. What a waste of a day! Looking back on message boards I get the impression this happens quite often? Please correct me if wrong! I like Auctiva but I NEED reliability and find it very slow at times.

I cannot upload listings as well. From time to time Auctiva has problems with their batch software. It is quite frustrating, but not as frustrating as the alternative which is Auctiva Online. That software is just plain slow to work with. I sell stamps and the online interface with Stamp Wants blows Auctiva away. It's too bad Auctiva hsa these problems, but it is still better than ebays trash. I've learned not to be optimistic with Auctiva fixing things fast.....

Well that's just great. I've just checked and Australia's end of Auctiva is now up and running but all of our scheduled listings have "Failure" next to them which means that we missed the promotion. Thanks Auctiva!

We've wasted a lot of time getting the listings ready, missed a lot of sales and most of all, missed one of those rare opportunities where ebay offers a good deal for free!!!

Were there too many people logged on trying to take advantage of the offer over the past couple of days? Is that why Auctiva went down like a tonne of bricks? Because it couldn't handle the traffic? Is it likely to happen again? Should we be looking at another program?

Aloha Brandon---

I still would like to know the reason why Auctiva was down for such a long time. I thought those days were long gone and it was disappointing to have that issue return. I am about to pay for another year of service and want to feel confident that this prolonged episode of outage to the complete website was an aberration.

I can't load my auctions. I hit send, the "Connecting" box comes up and it freezes. I've tried 5 times, same thing.
