So you all know. . . . Basically all my pictures do not work in my auctions listed by auctiva, the preview, the normal size in the listing, and the supersize, the ONLY picture that works is in the gallery Auctiva provides in the auction that scrolls. This has affected OLD listings in my store, and relisted items. As I see it this affects ALL my items, you all better check. . . . . and submit case reports, the more reports they get via a case the faster they resolve it.

All your images should be displaying now. If anyone is still having this issue, please let us know. No one should be experiencing image uploading or displaying issues at the moment.

My images are not showing up in my auctions. The only place you can see them are in my store in the gallery view. What's happening? and when will it be fixed?

This is ridiculous. Images going down twice in one month. The inability to post auctions during ebay's sale days.

I've been a paying customer for several years, and each year I wonder if it's really going to be worthwhile to renew for another year.

I'm already paying for images (I pay a premium for 25 megs of usage) that others are able to post for free on the free Auctiva site I believe?????

Now, with the new outage, and it being the weekend, I'm sure all my listings will sit with no images for the entire weekend, and expire with no purchases. Yay......

This is SOOOO frustrating.

UNBELIEVABLE - IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN!!!! Lost money earlier this month and now that I have set up a sale, NO IMAGES AGAIN?????? I am beginning to regret just having paid for an entire year of Auctiva service.... what service if it is not functioning???????? This had better be a quick fix - seems the weekend is prime time for downtime... the worst for sellers.

I've been around long enough to hear the "the tech guys aren't here since it's the weekend" message, so I'm preparing myself for no sales again this weekend. sheesh.

There's hundreds of dollars in listing fees down the drain. Are we going to be compensated in any way by auctiva? That would be the least they could do for the folks who are paying for this service every year.

Images coming back up in listings but unable to post using FTP.

I had a quick reply from support:

Hi

We are working on this outage. The site is fine and it posts as long as you‘re using another FTP service so it appears it‘s our image server.
I have called the engineers to look into it and get it fixed.

The other time we moved to a new colocation so to transfer our hardware of course meant we would be down. This is our image server. The rest of the site is working fine which seems to point to just the image servers as being ‘down‘.

The store window is fine because that‘s on the www.auctiva.com site which is all working, including images. The two sites are seperate on on different servers too.
It‘s the classic images that we are trying to fix.
