When i go to tools-batch schedule-open and load my listings batch files and when i click next this error keeps on appearing on my screen ""there was an error when trying to create your counter. Error # unable to determine the error code HTTP request returned status code # 500" I have contacted the support and this what they said:

Hi
Do this
Click Edit and Personalities
Open up any personality and on that first tab there is a option to not prompt to overwrite existing files
Click that and see how it works. For one it won‘t bug you every time
Second in the Edit > Options set both options there as ‘on‘ for FTP and use Internet explorer.

Then click Tools > Update Program > showcase and service box
See if this stops the counter error
If it does not for now please turn off the counter link so that you can post the listings

They can help with any connection issues

I Have followed all their instructions like turning off the counter but still i can't post and schedule bulk listings. Anyone who has the same experienced with me. Your help will be appreciated thanks.

I am probably th eodd one out on this but batch scheduling has never worked for me BUT local scheduler always has and you can add batches to it.

Might try it if your in a bind.

I have cable ISP so being connected is no biggie for me.

Sorry, I couldn't help the original question but hopefully a work around.

at the bottom of the description page of my ebay auction page near the counter there is an error message "Invalid DBUID. Object reference not set to an instance of an object." What does it mean? will this affect my listings?
