Error Message: No XML <RequestPassword> or <RequestToken> was found in XML Request.

I double checked to make sure that Auctiva was still actively authorized for me account, and it was AND somehow without my knowing Channel Advisor and Andale were authorized for my account in mid April 2005 -- hmm?

Same here. I've filed a support case and suggest you do the same. No doubt ebay has screwed us again.

I don't think this is Auctiva. I can't sign in to eBay at all! Try going to the eBay sight and see if you are able to sign in. If you can't, than it's eBay. Does anyone have the number to support for stores?

Nope, not working here either. I can sign into e-Bay without any problem(s). It's not an e-Bay issue from what I see. I get the same error message when trying to list store items.

Got it to work -- not sure why. I am pretty
certain this is an Ebay behind the scenes fix. If it means there will be no (few?) glitches over this big sales weekend then cooL!

Getting strange ebay error messages today - such as opening ebay stores page connection refused...

This has been going on all day. Got the error message for a while then managed to squeek two listings through earlier today. Haven't gotten another listing through since. Sign in to ebay just fine and can list/re-list going through them, just can't post with this program. I'm new to Auctiva. The board messages here don't seem particularly happy about support response. Is this an issue with them?

Auctiva does a fantastic job but sometimes Ebay goes hogwild starts changing code which ultimately affects how Auctiva works.

You'd think Ebay would communicate with it's partners who pay them good money but that is rarely the case.

For fast response to a issue file a support case unless you see a message on this board saying they've gotten ten zillion of the same request and they are banging Ebay's head against the wall until they fess up to code changes.

I'm not seeing this as an e-Bay issue, as I can log into e-Bay without any problems. I only come across problems when trying to list via Poster. Now, I get the following error message:

Auctiva Server Error - APISubmitter
Error Code: Exception - Step:11
Error Message: System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed-out. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Auctiva.SWServices.AuctivaPoster.v5.AuctivaPostPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
