I am using vers. 3.16 and have been for some time.. Just about 5 days ago.. the Categories tab stopped working.. (It is Blank when I click on it).. I need to know what will happen if I upgrade to the newer version.. Will I lose my current saved Auction Files? ..I dont really want to upgrade if I can fix the Category problem.. Well I have upgraded to the newest vers.(4.0) and The Category selector is still not working.. My auction files are still there but the same thing is happening.. The Category drop down menu is blank when I bring it up.. I have to either enter the Category number from e-bays list or wait until I get to the Auction Post page and put in the right category.. Tom T. could you help me on this?
