I have the same error..but when you click on "ok"..it makes you go through a series of pages. One to sign into eBay..then asks if you agree with Auctiva Corp. terms..when you say yes...at the bottom of the page it reads: "EBAY WILL NOT SHARE YOUR EBAY PASSWORD OR CREDIT CARD INFO WITH AUCTIVA"
AUCTIVA NEEDS OUR PASSWORD..CORRECT?? Anyway, it rejects all input and says I cannot post.
WHY? Please help Autiva.

However, the problems with the database were unrecoverable and we had to restore to last nights backup. What this means...
All items sent to Auctiva to be scheduled from 2am Thursday May 26th until 5:10pm of the same day were lost. You will need to resend these to the scheduler. NOTE: If you sent an item to be scheduled early in the day and it was scheduled to be posted today, there is a chance it did sucessfully post. Please check your running listings on eBay to make sure if your items scheduled for today, May 26th posted.
If you made account changes, showcase changes or anything else that would need to save to the database from 2am until 5:10pm, this will have been lost as well.
If anything specific seems wrong with your account, it's best to file a support case and talk directly with one of our support staff.
Sorry about this downtime. We are working hard to resolve and make sure this does not happen again.

Jan --> Does it ask you to go through the eBay signin page everytime you post an auction? Or only from time to time? Let me know how often this is happening for you. Or anyone else.

Every single time I post. And sometimes it doesn't work - I go through it 3 times and it tells me it isn't confirmed, so I have to close and start over.
Jan, wow! That's no good. For some reason the program thinks your eBay token is not good everytime you try to post. Let me try and see if I can figure out why that's happening.
