Auctions that I have posted by way of Auctiva Poster are showing up on the Counters page as duplicates/ doubles.

???

Are they working at all? Just posted an auction with NO counter.????

My counters are working.
They often pop up duplicates, but I don't know why. Tom, why is that? Can I delete the dupes with 1 and no auction number showing?

I wonder if there is or could be a way to preset the counters to always show a set number rather than always start as 25 per page.

Also, if I relist an item I usually do it off "my ebay" and when I do that there is no counter on the counter page- and the one on the auction page starts up from where it was- so an item I listed this evening might have 75 hits already. Anyway to reset to zero and/or get them to show on the counter page?

Look at this question as a big plus- if all we users have to worry about is counters then all is well with poster.

Dumb answer to this problem -- you need to edit your personalities - there is an option on the first page to have a showcase counter AND a page counter. I had both options clicked.
