I have not been able to post at all, either getting a white screen or time out errors. Anyone else? BTW, I reinstalled the software because of the updater loop and it's still doing it.
yep, i'm getting the updater loop too. if a bunch of people are getting it, then i doubt its an installation problem. I was able to post earlier today but I stopped being able to post a few short hours ago. I had my local schedualer set to post auctions every 30 mins, then a few hours ago it just started saying ERROR for the status.

I have been posting for about two hours and it has become more difficult with each post. It has now stopped entirely. The final error in now coming up:
AuctivaError: An error has occurred while accessing our database. DETAILS: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.

although you cannot list new items in ePoster, you can RELIST items from eBud. I know this wont help anyone trying to post a new auction, but I'm hoping someone will benefit from this tip if they have multiple qty of the same item.

HI Not only can I not post. get User ID invalid and I am unable to log in to my activa account so I can not file a support case. This has been going on for two days now HELP

It would be nice if someone from Auctiva would post here to let us know what is going on.....not only is it serious when you can't post new ads period, but you can't even get to the website to post a support case >:|
If you cant post because their software cannot 'validate' your account, and if you are unable to access their website, chances are their server is down ^_^
