New PM!

I went home for lunch at 2pm.
Scheduler said 15 MINUTES.
***I*** did not screw up anything.
***AUCTIVA*** did.
I am SICK TO DEATH of you guys blaming everyone else under the sun for YOUR mistakes!!!!!
Out of ALL of the support requests I have had to file (and there have been a LOT!!!) - Auctiva has ALWAYS blamed me, my computer, ebay, or someone else for ALL the problems.
Auctiva has NEVER taken responsibility for anything.
Last week my Ebud quit working in the middle of sending emails. I filed a support request. First I was told that it happens sometimes to him also, and to wait a while. After 2 days and still no fix, they said well it must be me, or my computer. They blamed my internet connection, my computer, my network connection, you name it. Tech told me to do all kinds of crap to my computer (which I did NOTHING that he told me to do, because I KNEW it wasn't my computer). The next day, after doing NOTHING different to my computer, Ebud started working again. IMAGINE THAT!
Now you are trying to blame ME because YOUR scheduler does not work properly and has lost me more money when these auctions end next week.
And to answer your question, I USE the LOCAL Scheduler through Auctiva.
And it was DEFINITELY set at 15 minutes. NOT 5. Now who are you gonna blame?

My local scheduler always works correctly. I know you don't want to hear it but chances are it is a problem on your computer. The only time I ever have a problem with ebud or poster is after ebay has made changes that breaks it. I'm not defending Auctiva here but I don't think they're responsible for all the problems associated with selling on ebay.

Hi
I am having problems with the scheduler also--it just started this week. I schedule the listing but just get "unknown error" on the scheduled listings page on Auctiva.com. This happens whether I schedule a whole batch or just individually using the schedule tag. I use a different site to host my photos so I didn't have that problem but now I've got this one. If it's not fixed soon, I will have to post the listings individually.

The local scheduler doesn't really help me. I set up my listings at my office during the day and schedule them to post at night. I don't have access to them at night unless I come back to the office (which I will have to do unless it's fixed).

If you can not schedule file a support ticket so we can delete the ebay token for you.
Mr Poster has a reset in it on the file menu but the 4.01 software does not.
We can delete it though and see if the listings work. So far the users I have had regenerate their token had listings post.
I am not sure that this is a 'fix' but if it helps even a few it's worth it.
Thanks Ed

More info
If you have batches that you have uploaded after 12:30 PM PST Friday 4/8/2004,
please cancel them through the scheduler, and upload
them again. If the auctions were upload prior to that time, you should delete them, then re-upload them We believe we know what is affecting your
Auctiva scheduler.
Thank you,
