I'm a long time ebud and poster subscriber and have had a support case in for several days concerning counters not showing up on my newest listings.

First question: Where are the counters? I list using poster and have counters checked but I'm not getting them on my auctions:

Second question: Why don't you answer my support case?? I'm a paying customer but have received no response at all for 3 days now.
