Do I HAVE to upgrade? I'm using 3.17c and everything is working, even my MUSIC again. If I don't HAVE to upgrade for the program to work correctly, let me know.

Now eBay requires us to sign a security feature agreement when you hit the "post" tab in Auctiva.
eBay is always changing something!

I get this on my first try of the updated program:

Error in Listing
Error Code: 931
Error Message: Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.

I posted an auction just now, no problems.

Tom, you said log in just once- is that once per day, week, or???

First, the main problem *I* had with security was the eBay toolbar. Everytime I would TRY to sign in with any given password it kept warning me that it was the same as xxxxx. so I ditched the eBay toolbar. I don't use it much except when I'm BUYING and I'm certainly not doing that very much.

I had to disable my popup thingy to REinstall the ebay toolbar and keep it from doing that.

Lately I've had to keep signing in if I went from Items I'm Selling to Items I'm Bidding on. I've even had to sign in to do a Search and I have, several times, gotten a message that my browser (IE) doesn't accept cookies. That's wrong, of course, but eBay does like their little gremlins.

I'm not sure what you mean, Tom, about the May 1st thing....if somebody could explain I'd appreciate it, because I have REALLY had problems everytime I've upgraded so if I can get the auction up, I don't mind the *inconvenience* of signing in, I just don't want it to be impossible.

I work hard on it - too hard for what I get out of it; I"m trying to wean myself down just a touch so I can get more up, although nobody seems to be buying much right now.....it's not even SUMMER yet. I thought we'd have a little breathing room before the summer doldrums began.
