I have been using Auctiva for a few years. Recently I created a network with two towers hardwired. Everything is going well, except trying to complete a listing on Auctiva. On the new computer I can access Auctiva, access my saved listings, and create a new listing including downloading a few pictures. The problem is that none of the buttons at the bottom of the listing page are working. I'm assuming that I have to install some things from Auctiva on the new c-drive. What do I install and where do I find it? I've installed some other programs from the original discs. I don't have anything like that for Auctiva.

Can anyone clarify this for me.

Hi Frank.
There's nothing to download or install. Auctiva is internet based. Try clearing your cookies and cache and see what happens. Contact Auctiva support (from the Help link at the top of any page here) if all else fails. Smile

Hello Frank,

Sounds like you might have a browser issue. Some add-on not installed or blocked. Perhaps even an O/S component not installed.

Try updating your O/S software and browsers.

Also check your network firewall and anti-virus software for any options which block images. Etc...

If all that pans out, then do as Shadeaux suggested with Auctiva Support.

Hi Frank I run multiple PC's on my local network and can access Auctiva from two seperate PC's at the same with time no problems.

As suggested above it is probably just a browser/firewall setup problem on the new PC.
