Hello Frank, Sounds like you might have a browser issue. Some add-on not installed or blocked. Perhaps even an O/S component not installed. Try updating your O/S software and browsers. Also check your network firewall and anti-virus software for any options which block images. Etc... If all that pans out, then do as Shadeaux suggested with Auctiva Support. Best regards,
