I had .80 in my shipping insurance account. added $5.00 to my account Even see it in my paypal as completed. I used the insurance for a customer order and now it is saying I own .60. But it is not showing my $5.00 I added in there.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you pay on PayPal with an eCheck instead of an instant transfer, it has to clear the bank before it will post to your Auctiva balance.
