Ive been trying for two days to generate reports without success.

I go to REPORTS I click on ACTIVE LISTINGS and then I click on all the options I want on the report, then I click on DOWNLOAD and then I get a message that pops up that says something like:

Auctiva.com says: Please wait a moment before generating another report.

But I never get my report!

What am I doing wrong? I was successful once to download the report but not been able to do so since.

I have questions about how I can do some accounting between all services, but am stumped.
None of them match the other totally....i.e. Ebay- PayPal- and Auctiva...

I too have not been able to download the Listing reports into Excel and have contacted Support team- but they keep giving me the round around. Still not be able to get results. Have you found a way to do it yet?

I came to work but none of my saved listings are coming up??????? =(

Has anyone had any luck with creating reports? It is so frustrating to know such a tool is available, but can not get it to work. Auctiva has been no help at all.
