I have been unable to get Auctiva to work correctly. I have timed out and not been able to list this morning. Is there an upgrade or problem? I have two computers so I know it is not my computer. HELP PLEASE!!!

I just spent 25 minutes composing a listing, only to have everything disappear into thin air when I tried to save it. My online connection hasn't blinked and the error message says that the web site is unavailable. It's the middle of the afternoon - not a high- traffic time. Something similar has happened several times lately. I wonder if we're just overwhelming the system?

Humm, sounds familiar. I filed a case and I am waiting to hear something.
