PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP. I have not been able to log in to auctiva for over 48 hours, i can't even get the auctiva website to appear all i get is an error message has anyone else had this problem. Everything was working perfectly until 3 nights ago i tried to add a new domain name. I cant even get into asking live help and i have put in a support request and have waited over 24 hours with no response. Auctiva help support is just really dissappointing. Please i i need some HELP...

They do seem rather busy at the moment, but it is most likely to be a browser/firewall/cookie problem on your PC.

Updates to antivirus tools and from M$ can complicate matters day to day too.

I know I hate that sort of answer but access to Auctiva seems ok.
