I just purchased my domain name through auctiva that I had been considering for a while. Once the transaction was completed, I was then told that it was usable solely for my auctive store. I am almost finished designing my web page that encompasses several different things, not just auctions. How can I cancel the transaction with auctiva and repurchase the name thru another site that allows me full use of my page?

If you plan on setting up a web site, you'll still need to purchase hosting space, not just a domain.

File a support case and they'll provide you instructions for transferring the domain.
