I have many closed listings that I have tried to import to my saved listings folder and it isn't working. Is there a time limit on importing these closed listings? Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the listing(s) older than 90 days? I believe eBay doesn't retain them any older than 90.

If you can't locate the listing on eBay using the listing number, it probably can't be imported by Auctiva....just an opinion.

Also, I've tried some in the past and again just now. It can take some time to get them to import and show in Saved Listings. Make sure you check the Imported Listings folder for them.
