Hi everyone, new to auctiva and wondering how do you set up calculated shipping cost? When I go to my shipping profile to set up it does not give me an option to set-up calculated costs. The only options I see are "Flate Rate Shipping' and "Arrange for Local Pick-up".

Also the same situation applies when I am writing a new listing, it does not give me an option of entering package dimensions and weight, only flate rate and local pick options that are selected through the radio button.

Any help, am I missing something?

Noticing if I change to ebay united states and not Canada it gives the option of Calculated, Flat, and Local.

WOW... This is a question that has been asked at least five times in the past six months. I think the answer to your question is in Auctiva's reluctance to answer/address it at all. Good luck.
