Hello, I'm having a real problem tonight! I cannot seem to sign in to my Auctiva account, and I'm sure that the username and password are correct. I've tried numerous times with two different browsers, and still cannot get in.
The only things I can think of are that 1: someone else in my company accidentally changed the password today, or 2: something is going on with Auctiva itself and others will be having the same problem.
So I came here to ask.... is anyone else having this problem today?
I'm trying to file a support request, but of course no one will be there until tomorrow.
Just was about to say the same as above, every Thursday evening about 10:00pm PST, the site is down for about 4-6 hours. You should see a red alert at the top of the home page that alerts you to this.
Yes, I am having trouble signing on too. Usually when I work late on Thursday night, I can sign on and just have some slowness or difficulty listing. This is the first time I had trouble signing on when maintenance was in effect. Perhaps if you wait a few minutes, that might be open & working again, but yes, with maintenance on Thursday pm, there is usually some trouble manuevering this site. Good Luck! Somebody/Cheryl
I've been having that same problem all day & it was far from their maintenance time. Something else possibly has happened at the site & will hopefully get fixed during their maintenance
Hi. I thought the alert said 10 pm pacific time. Is this the reason I get an error message when trying to load my store? Are stores inaccessible during maintenance? Thanks.
Hi, I've just joined Auctiva this week and got a shock when I couldn't log in today. I,ve got heaps Of stuff I want to do before Satuday night. Does anyone know what time (aussie time) where likely to be able to log on. I think the 4-6 hours is long past.

Hi, I can log in just fine...and also list. Sorry about having problems! Try the obvious things...like delete cookies, or caches. Also make sure your Caps lock is off when logging in. Not sure what else to suggest. Maybe someone with more experience with see your blog and have some ideas. Good luck!
