Ya'll do good work!!!!!

I'd had a problem of not being able to list since about last Thursday, and I was thinking it was due to the updating that had been going on - unfortunately it was due to "ALIEN OPERATOR ERROR" - the support guys and gals were kind enough to send a very professional response, and they even gave me step-by-step directions on how to correct the problem.
