I'm new to Auctiva and must be doing something wrong. I've listed just 3 items and everytime I list I end up with a fixed shipping cost when I want a calculated shipping cost. I'm finding it hard to edit the auction to correct this. Any advice on this? Thanks.
In order for your listings to have calculated shipping, go to Shipping Tools and maximize that section. About half way down after the line across the page is a section called Delivery: where you can choose calculated or fixed.
Learning a new program is frustrating, but I find that listing here is much better - so far...
