I found these in my Add or Remove Programs under Control Panel and was wondering if I should delete them as I don't know their functions. If you know what they are and what they do please let me know. Also should I delete them or not as I wonder if it would harm my computer and/or if they might have shared files with a program I use. I hear you never want to delete any .dll's. Here they are so help me out if know one way or another ...

Hi ,they look like various system add on applications and some like MSXML and .net framework related which are definitely necessary to support some modern applications.
Don't know about K-Lite but that may be associated with a communications card or the like.
Unless any are causing grief and you are absolutely sure I would advise to leave them well alone

Hi in the main Windows only loads what it needs and thinks it will need, also anything subsequently not used eventually gets kicked out again when it runs out of space for the programs it actually requires.
As I experience it anti-virus programs seem to be the biggest slugger of performance and cause of slow start ups for a given machine than anything else.
And we can't do without them either !
