HELP!!! Every once in awhile when I'm on Auctiva and click on Preview sometimes a new IE window pops up and continues to pop up hundreds of Auctiva tabs. It keeps going and going and.... I've tried contacting tech support and they say it's not their problem and nothing they can do. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know how to make it not happen? Thanks.

the best advise i can give is not to use explorer
download Firefox and use that instead
it was happening to me all the time for weeks and someone told me about Firefox
its great no pop ups and it runs a lot faster
