Have you tried 'the usual' of deleting cookies and cache? (restart your computer after you do that). If that doesn't work you can try switching browsers, if you are using IE switch to Firefox or vice-versa.

I've noticed some strange things going on, extremely long delays, and now all of the templates are gone. I'm not the only one who discovered this, there must be some kind of system glitch going on.
Has anyone figured out what the problem is with trying to make a listing? We have now tried on 3 different computers...my husband's work computer, my computer and my daughters computer (husband's computer is not in same house or connected to the other two). I have tried emptying cache, cookies, history, temp files/folders, IE, Firefox, restarting, etc. Nothing works. I have only been able to list 2 items since last week so I am having to resort to just using ebay for listings.
Once I try to get a template everything seems to fail from there. Then when that happens you can't even get Auctiva to load again.
Any suggestions other than giving up on Auctiva? I've been with them about 1.5 years and since the 1st of the year it just won't seem to work anymore. I notice there are a lot of questions about this same problem.
