While I am not entirely certain, it sounds like you may still be using the older description editor in your account. You can make a change to your account settings that will set your account to make use of the new editor. Please note that if you do make this change, you will not be able to roll it back as we are phasing out the older editor.

From the My Account menu, select Acct. Preferences and in the first section on that page there is an option for "Use Design Editor v2.0" which you can check. After making the checkmark, then you will need to click on the Update Account Preferences button a bit lower down the page to save that change to your account. The updated editor has the same functionality as the older one, but is more compatible with contemporary systems and browsers.

If you are already using the new editor or continue to encounter difficulty after updating, please let us know in a support case what browser and OS you are using and include this error message in the case so we can look into it for you.
