Just curious, have never filed a support ticket before so wondering how long is a typical response time?
Here I sit with auctions closing, customers can't pay via Paypal and still no response since yesterday.

Use to be within 24 hours or less but does seem to take longer these days.

In your situation I would add a further message to it
