I charge the same flat shipping rate to the U.S. and to Canada ($5.) and another to all other countries ($10.) but I can't seem to make this work on the sell form. Any suggestions?

For domestic, enter $5; add international shipping service, click "Canada", enter $5; under International, click "Add another service, enter $10 flat rate, and click worldwide.
