Everytime I go to Amazon I get a pop up box saying." IE has encountered a problem and needs to close" and when I click close another box comes up and says, "iexplore.exe has generated some errors and will be closed by Windows and you will need to restart. I have Windows XP so any suggestions how I can get around this problem besides using Firefox. I have some Pepsi points I want to use for the MP# downloads but can't use them because of getting knocked off everytime Amazon loads up

The answer is simple...stop going to Amazon.
Sorry, I couldn't resist Wink

This happened to me awhile back whenever I went to Google. The only thing I could think of to do was a System Restore (I'm really computer illiterate) The restore worked, I reset the computer to run as it had been running the previous month, then I ran some scans just to be safe. But it DID work. I don't remember how I did it now but if you do a search you can get easy instructions.
